Johnie Mack Bowman

Mr. Johnie Mack Bowman, age 74, of Mount Airy passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Surry Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mount Airy.  Mr. Bowman was born on March 9, 1949, in Surry County to the late Rucus and Stella Harrell Bowman.  Mr. Bowman was a loving son, brother, and friend.  He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.  Surviving is his special caregiver, Pam Myers.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Bowman was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Ray Bowman and Frankie Bowman.  No formal services will be held at this time.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
