Johnny Ray Lawson

Mr. Johnny Ray Lawson, age 32, of Lowgap, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 20, 2022.  He was born in Surry County on May 1, 1989, to Robert Ray and Janet Dawson Lawson. Mr. Lawson is survived by his former wife Brittany Lawson; daughter, Alexis Lawson; stepson, Bentley Beasley; significant other, Elisabeth Kaye and her daughters, Kiera and McKenzie Cipko; son, Carson Lawson; brother, Steve Lawson; parents, Robert and Janet Lawson.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Chris Park.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the funeral home.
