Joshua Ryan Bryant

Mr. Joshua Ryan Bryant, age 45, of Thurmond, NC passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center, in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born in Surry County, on August 6, 1977, to Gina Bowman Bryant and Donald Eugene Bryant. He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Air Force. Josh was a very caring person who deeply loved his family, friends, music, and singing. He had a giving heart and was always willing to help others. Surviving are his two daughters, Ashton Theriault, Isabella Massie; mother and father, Gina Bowman Bryant and Donald Eugene Bryant; brother and sister-in-law, Jacob and Ashley Bryant; nephews, Syler Bryant, Kyson Bryant; niece Merritt Bryant; aunts and uncles, Sonya Mounce (Barry), Fran Sechrest (Ricky), Tim Bowman (Ava), Julia Siegrist (Lee Powell) and many cousins and friends. Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by brother, Jeremiah Cale Bryant, grandparents, Charles (Ras) and Martha Bryant, Kirby and Opal Bowman. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to his many private caregivers, Bayada, and Kindred at Home over the last 14 years. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Pleasant View Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at the church at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Robbie Wood and Pastor Jason Penley officiating the service. In lieu of flowers please send memorials to benefit needy children or to futher the Gospel  of Jesus Christ.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Bryant family.
