Joyce Ann Perry

Mrs. Joyce Ann Greenwood Perry, 74, of Pilot Mountain passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  She was born in Surry County on August 20, 1948, to the late Roy Hardin and Mary Monday Greenwood.  Mrs. Perry was a Nurse Practitioner at Medical Associates of Surry for many years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Pilot Mountain.  Mrs. Perry was a loving sister and aunt who will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.  She is survived by brothers and sister-in-law, Danny Greenwood, Charles and Sharon Greenwood; nephew, Tim Greenwood; a great niece, Keely Greenwood.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Perry; a sister-in-law, Ann Greenwood; a nephew Brian Greenwood.  A memorial service will be held at Moody Funeral Home Chapel at a later date with the Rev. Andy Hughes officiating.  There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home.  The family would like to give a special thank you to all of her friends, church family and an extra special thank you to the staff of Woltz Hospice Home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Rd., Dobson, NC 27017.  Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
