Mrs. Judy Turner Foley, age 76 of Ridgeway, VA passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. She was born in Patrick County, VA on March 30, 1950 to the late John Henry Turner and Eleanor Mae Hatcher Turner.

She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Larry Howard Foley; one daughter, Kim Handy (Richard); two sons, Brandon Foley (Sarah) and Brent Foley (Tiffany); eleven grandchildren, Lindsey Dellinger (Michael), Lauren Rodriguez (Oscar), Kyndal Handy, Grahm Foley, Harper Foley, Braden Webb, Avery Foley, Milli Foley, Maddie Webb, Easton Webb, and Bennett Foley; one sister, Janet Moore (Nelson) and one brother, John Turner (Rozina).

Funeral service for Mrs. Foley will be held Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at Moody Funeral Chapel with Pastor Randy Aldridge officiating.
