Kathleen "Kitty" Snow Crabb

Mrs. Kathleen “Kitty” Snow Crabb, 83, of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024, at her home.   She was born in Surry County on June 28, 1940, to the late John Quincy and Mamie Odell Collins Snow.  Mrs. Crabb retired from Wayne Farms and was of the Baptist faith.  She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Marty Wood; grandchildren, Billy Wood, Jennifer Wood, Sandy Dumas, Kaila Kelly, Katasha Coins, Amber Martin; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Monday; special nieces and nephew; Karen and Daniel Vickers, Anne Law; many other nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crabb was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Franklin Crabb; brothers, John Snow, Jr., Walter Collins, and James Snow.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Flat Top Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with pastor Marty Wood officiating.  There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home.   Moody Funeral Services in Mt.
