Larry "Grub" A. Cassady

            Mr. Larry Akers “Grub” Cassady, age 65 of Patrick Springs, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart.  He was born in Patrick County on May 1, 1954 to the late Charlie Akers Cassady and Thelma Fain Cassady.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda “Judy” Spence Cassady.

            Surviving are two daughters, Amanda Cassady and fiancé, Jamie Goins of Patrick Springs, Lisa Light of Stuart; five grandchildren, Miranda Light, Samantha Light, Dylan Light, Isabella Goins, Wyatt Goins; and numerous in-laws and special friends.

            A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor J.R.
