Larry Dean "Buddy" Jenkins

Mr. Larry Dean “Buddy” Jenkins, 58 of Mount Airy passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at his home. Mr. Jenkins was born on September 7, 1966, in Surry County to the late Larry Clyde and Frankie Tate Jenkins. Buddy was a loving brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving is his brother and sister-in-law, Tony Jenkins and Michelle; their children, Kolby, Kyson, Kayden Jenkins, Maddie McDaniel; stepmother, Emma Hodges Jenkins; other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and a special friend, Moe Tate. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jenkins was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Annette Huff Jenkins. A celebration of life will be held Saturday August 2, 2025, from 3:00 - 5:00pm at Moody's in Mount Airy. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
