Lavina Glynn

Mrs. Lavina Mae Harvey Glynn, 99, of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy.  She was born in Genesee County, MI on July 12, 1921 to the late Charles and Effie Morden Harvey.  Mrs. Glynn retired from the School System in Michigan and was of the Baptist faith.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great great grandmother who will be dearly missed.  She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Jay Donald; sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Rebecca Glynn, Paul Glynn, John and Denise Glynn; grandchildren, Jeramy Glynn, Jami Tucker, Kyle Glynn, Carmyn Glynn, Jared Glynn, Justin Donald, Jacob Donald; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandson.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Glynn was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Glynn; a grandson, Matthew Glynn; a brother, Mark Harvey.  There will not be any formal services.  Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
