Leonard Moses Hodges

Leonard Moses Hodges, 98, of Dobson, North Carolina passed away at his home, Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Born January 12, 1928, in Surry County to the late Martin and Lilly Branch Hodges. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter and son-in-law, Dianne Carpenter and Andy; son, James Hodges and Lisa Ring; grandchildren, Adam Hodges, Julia Hodges, Robert Carpenter, and Jamie Carpenter; and great grandchild, Colt Carpenter. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by 7 siblings. The family will receive friends Friday, September 4, 2026, at Crossroads Baptist Church from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. The funeral will be held, following the visitation at 11:00 AM at Crossroads Baptist Church with Rev. Austin Caviness officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
