Lillie Mae Nunn

Mrs. Lillie Mae Young Nunn, age 111 and 3 months, of Westfield, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at Central Continuing Care in Mt. Airy.  She was born in Surry County on September 25, 1909.  Lillie was known as a person that spread joy, a person who always had a kind word, a pleasing personality and a beautiful smile.  Left to cherish her memories are sons and daughter-in-law, Troy Nunn, Sammy and Jan Nunn, Phillip Nunn as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Nunn was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Monroe Nunn, son, Sherman Young.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Brims Grove Baptist Church with services conducted by Rev. Mark Carlyle.  There will be no formal visitation.
