Mrs. Linda Faye Snipes Bedsaul, age 75, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Twelve Oaks Assisted Living in Mt. Airy. She was born on April 27, 1950 in Hillsborough County, Florida, to the late William Snipes Sr and the late Ruth Goode Snipes. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Roger Bedsaul Jr (Heather), Christopher Bedsaul (Maria); grandchildren, Sydney Romine (Andrew), Abby Smithson (Noah), Annmarie Bedsaul, and Kristen Bedsaul; great-grandchildren, Rowan and Lucy Smithson. In addition to her parents Mrs. Bedsaul was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lee Bedsaul Sr; sisters, Janice Duke and Donna Wells; brothers, Tony, William Jr, Herbert, and Mike Snipes. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the Hawks Family Cemetery with service conducted by Rev. Drake Phillips. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 12:30 PM until time to leave for the graveside service. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in honor of Mrs. Bedsaul to Mountain Valley Hospice, 1427 Edgewood Dr., Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
