Marshall Ellsworth Owens, Jr

Mr. Marshall Ellsworth Owens, Jr., 67, of 1504 South Main Street, Mount Airy, passed away Saturday night, July 11, 2015, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Owens was born February 14, 1948, in Hartford County, CT, the son of the late Marshall Ellsworth Owens, Sr. and Margaret Frances Brown Owens. He was formerly employed at Bray's Recapping Service. He is survived by his wife, Susan Henderson Owens of Mount Airy; two daughters; and a son. There will not be a formal visitation or service. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is in charge of the cremation and serving the family.
