Martha Ann Johnson Wilson

Martha Ann Johnson Wilson, 62, of 108 Irving Street, Greer, SC, died Sunday, March 27, 2011. A native of Surry County, daughter of the late Robert and Juanita Reeves Johnson, she was employed by Michelin for 27 years and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Dobson. Surviving are two daughters, Christy Coker and her husband, Charlie, and Jessica Petersen, all of Greer, SC; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Johnny Johnson of Dobson and George Johnson of Mount Airy; and a sister, Alma Johnson of Mount Airy. Ms. Wilson was predeceased by a daughter, Angelia Johnson; a brother, Jimmy Johnson; and a granddaughter, Megan Johnson. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at The Wood Mortuary in Greer, SC. The funeral service will be held Friday, April 1, 2011, at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Wilson family.
