Mary Christine (Tate) Pack

Mary Christine Pack , 88 of Mount Airy died Saturday March 8, 2025. She will be remembered for her generosity and concern for her relatives and friends as well as animals. She was a kind, gentle, sweet soul who always put others first and loved by those who knew her. She is survived by a son, Tim Pack, brother Ralph Tate, sister, Geneva Freeman and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Gene Wesley Pack; her parents, Daniel Ernest and Josie Ann Akers Tate; a sister, Virginia McIntyre, and three brothers, Clyde Tate, Guy Tate, Arnold Tate; and a special friend William H. Pruitt. She was an angel on earth and now an angel in heaven. The world will be a lesser place without her. She will be incredibly missed.
