Mary E. Conner

        Mrs. Mary E. Conner, age 88 of Fieldale, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 at her home.  She was born in Patrick County on March 24, 1932 to the late Landis Greely Belcher and Nancy Conner Belcher.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Leroy Conner; two sisters, Velda Smart, Evadell Clark; and three brothers, John, Leonard, and Delmer Belcher.  Mrs. Conner was a member of Good Home Primitive Baptist Church.

         Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Sandra Robin Conner of Fieldale, Jeannie and Roger Nolen of Bassett; two grandchildren, Kristin Amos and husband, Josh, April Nolen; one great grandson, Conner Amos; one sister, Stella Conner of Woolwine; one brother, Maynard Belcher of Stuart; and several nieces and nephews.
