Myra Harrell

Mrs. Myra Harrell, age 70, of Mount Airy, passed away on Friday morning May 12, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  She was born on July 1, 1952, to the late Von Byerly and Raynell Warner Stilley.  Myra worked for the Department of Social Services until she retired. She was a humble person who loved life, her family, friends, and most of all her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Left to cherish her memory are her son Jason Clark; stepdaughter, Vickie Sykes; grandchildren, Trenton Clark, Addy Clark; sister, Linda Parker (Terry); niece, Kaitlyn Revis; great-nephews, David, and Dylan Ridings; special cousin, Brenda Bryant; special friends and brothers-in-law, Johnny Harrell, and Bruce Crigger.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Harrell was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Harrell; sister, Ginger Revis; stepfather, David Stilley; grandparents, Claudia, and Lester Koontz; uncle and aunt, Ritefull “Sonny”  Warner, and Tina “Teanie” Warner.  A private burial will be held at a later date.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
