Mary Frances Parker

Miss Mary Frances Parker, 79, of Mount Airy, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012, at Central Continuing Care. Miss Parker was born February 15, 1933, in Surry County, to the late Elmer and Irene Willard Parker. She retired from Proctor-Silex Inc. and Central Care Rest Home. She is survived by special cousins, Carmen Eldridge, Fred Parker, Rachel Hill, Pauline Badgett, Jimmy Byrd, and Lowell Parker; and several special cousins who reside outside the area. In addition to her parents, Miss Parker was preceded in death by a sister, Barbra P. Hollingsworth. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, February 25, 2012, at Dover Baptist Church Cemetery.
