Max Gray Wall

Mr. Max Gray Wall, age 84, of Siloam, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Novant Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 17, 1941, in Surry County, to the late Clyde Richard Wall and the late Myrtle Marie Brown Wall. He was a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Dobson NC In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Gaither Bledsoe.

Mr. Wall was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather that will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He also worked as a farmer as long as his health allowed. Left to cherish his memories are his devoted wife, Peggy W. Wall; his son and daughter-in-law, Steven Gray Wall and Edna Bennett Wall; granddaughter, Grace Leann Wall and husband, Robert Logan McGirt; grandson, Samuel Gray Wall and his wife, Abby Nichole Wall; his sisters, Brenda Bledsoe and Barbara Fink (Jim). The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. Funeral services for Mr. Wall will begin at 2:00 PM, in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Brother Travis Childress officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Church Cemetery.
