Maxine Inscore Wright

Mrs. Maxine Inscore Wright, 83, of West Melbourne, FL, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014, at the William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, FL. Mrs. Wright was born November 23, 1930, in Patrick County, VA, to the late Robert "Bob" and Melissa Hiatt Inscore. She worked in the insurance industry in Greenville, SC, before retiring to live in Florida. Mrs. Wright was a member of Grace Moravian Church. Surviving are her husband, George Wright of the home; a sister-in-law, Shirley Anderson of Claudville, VA; three nieces; two nephews; a great niece; and five great nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her first husband, James Lowell Anderson; and three brothers, Howard Inscore, John D. Inscore, and Clifford Inscore. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Oakdale Cemetery. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Chuck Harmon. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy on Thursday from 12:45 PM until the time for Mrs. Wright to be taken to the cemetery for the graveside service.
