Michael Wade Hall

Mr. Michael Wade "Mike" Hall, 46, of King, passed away early Tuesday morning, July 29, 2014, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He graduated from South Stokes High School and North Carolina State University. Mike also served our country in the United States Army during the invasion of Panama. Mike worked as an assistant superintendent of several golf courses throughout North Carolina. He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Vicki Stanley Hall of Pilot Mountain; and a brother, Chad Hall of Pinehurst. He was preceded in death by a brother, David H. Hall. To celebrate his life, the family will receive friends Friday, August 1, 2014, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. There will be a private memorial service at a later date. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and compassion shown by the staff at Graceland Living Center in King and the Palliative Care Staff at Forsyth Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 725 West Dalton Road, King, NC 27021.
