Michael Jeffrey Vanderburg

Mr. Michael Jeffrey Vanderburg, 50, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at his home. He was born in Mecklenburg County on May 24, 1966 to Norma Vanderburg. Mr. Vanderburg was employed at T & T Carport and was a member of The Salvation Army. He is survived by his wife, Marquia Leake Vanderburg; a daughter, Kateria Allen; a son, Michael Vanderburg, Jr.; a brother, Donald Montjoy. In addition to his mother Mr. Vanderburg was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Montjoy; a brother, Roger Montjoy. There will not be a formal service at the funeral home. Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
