Mrs. Mildred Virginia Goad Hall, age 88 of Stuart, Virginia, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. She was born in Patrick County on July 29, 1937, to the late Brockley and Addie Martin Goad. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Tucker Hall; and two brothers, Randolph Goad and Jessie Goad.

Left to cherish the memories of Mildren are her daughter and son-in-law, John and Janice Shelley; her loving grandchildren, Rebekah Jesser (Brian) of Hampton, Georgia, Rachel Gates (Jeff) of Stuart; and John Shelley, IV (Alexis) of Pfafftown, North Carolina; three precious great-grandchildren, Luna Jesser, Riley Jesser, and Hudson Shelley.

A graveside service for Mrs. Hall will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in Patrick Memorial Gardens with Brother John Shelley, IV officiating.
