Miss Mary Ann Harrell

Miss Mary Ann Harrell, age 60, of Mt. Airy, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Woltz Hospice Home. Ms. Harrell was born in Surry County on January 27, 1955 to Joseph and Sara Alice Harrell. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and James Hopkins; a son, Mark Harrell; grandchildren, Katlin Martin, Deaince Harrell, SaraJessica Harrell, Emery Olivia Harrell and Allie Mendez; a great granddaughter, Paisley Marie Harrell; sisters, Brenda Eaton and Lisa Smith and brothers, T. J. Harrell and Johnny Harrell. In addition to her parents, Miss Harrell was preceded in death by a son, Michael Harrell; a granddaughter, Casey Harrell; a sister, Robin Crigger and a brother, Coy Harrell. Services will be private.
