Mr. Alan Russell Howard

Mr. Alan Russell Howard, age 65, of Mt. Airy, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Northern Hospital. Mr. Howard was born in Hillsboro County, FL on December 2, 1950 to the late Fred Russell Howard and Bonita Jean Babcock Howard. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Surviving is his loving wife, Debbie Lodato Howard of the home; two sons, Jeremy Howard of Orlando, FL, and Travis Howard of Citrus Springs, FL; five grandchildren, Sean Howard, Abbey Howard, Novia Howard, Landon Howard, and Keegan Howard all of Florida; three brothers, Donald Lee Howard of Tampa, FL, Albert Howard of Hickory, NC, and Jimmy Joe Williams of Tampa, FL. In addition to his parents, Mr. Howard was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Howard. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Mount Airy Church of God with Rev. Charles Powers and Rev. Ricky Martin officiating. Family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow at a later date in the Fountains Memorial Park in Homosassa, FL.
