Mr. Archie Ray Harris

Mr. Archie Ray Harris, age 61, of Vesta passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Little Ivy Group Home in Vesta. He was born in Patrick County on April 8, 1956 to the late Lawrence Harris and Alma McGrady Harris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Clinton Harris.

Surviving are two sisters and a brother-in-law, Eileen and Jimmy Bowman of Meadows of Dan, June Shelor of Meadows of Dan; and the staff and residents of the Little Ivy Group Home who were his very special friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Evangelist Linda Gail Dalton officiating. Burial will follow in the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
