Mr. Barry Alan Cassell

Mr. Barry Alan Cassell, age 49, of Charlotte, North Carolina, and formerly of Meadows of Dan passed away Friday, March 24, 2017. He was born in Roanoke on November 27, 1967 to the late Donnie Lester Cassell and Norma Harrell Cassell.

Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, Clay and Meredith Cassell of Charlotte; a niece, Elisabeth C. Banks and husband, Carey of Waxhaw, North Carolina; several cousins and extended family members.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Plaster Family Cemetery in Vesta. Pastor Michael Shockley will be officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ACS-Cabarrus County Relay for Life/F.A.C.E. Team, 1901 Brunswick Ave., #100, Charlotte, North Carolina 28207.
