Mr. Benjamin C. Hall

Mr. Benjamin C. Hall, age 89 of Patrick Springs, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. He was born in Patrick County on March 2, 1919 to the late Clarence and Mamie Staples Hall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, James Benjamin Hall and one brother, Martin Hall. He was retired from Pannill Knitting, and J. Myron Clark Dairy Farm.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Rubie Puckett Hall of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Elizabeth and James Avery of Creedmoor, North Carolina; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Stevens of Carmel, Maine; and two half-sisters, Jane Hazelwood and Jewett Lawless, both of Stuart.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
