Mr. Bunzy Eaton

Mr. Bunzy Eaton, 83, of Pilot Mountain passed away Thursday night at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Eaton was born in Surry County on December 28, 1928 to the late John Henry and Sarah Heath Eaton. He was retired from Fowler and Jones Construction Company and a member of White Plains Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Lela Crissman Eaton of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Karen Eaton, Timmy and Lisa Eaton all of Mt. Airy; grandchildren, Anna, Zane, Zekiel, Mallory and Natalie Eaton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Eaton was preceded in death by a sister, Hessie Heath, brothers, Roby, Rumley, and Roscoe Eaton; a half-sister, Bertha Lawson. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM at White Plains Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Tucker, Rev. Tom Delph, and Rev. Dale Hawks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at White Plains Baptist Church. Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
