Mr. Charles Ray Milligan

Mr. Charles Ray Milligan, age 68 of Stuart passed away Friday, July 25, 2008 at his home. He was born in Noble County, Ohio to the late Hobart and Enid Mincks Milligan. In addition to his parents, Mr. Milligan was preceded in death by a grandson, Petrel Cook and a granddaughter, Victoria Milligan. He was a member of Fairystone Baptist Church, and was a member of the Fairystone Volunteer Fire Department. He worked as a truck driver for Stuart Concrete and Martinsville Redi-mix.
Mr. Milligan is survived by his wife, Barbara Wright Milligan of the home; two daughters, Rosetta Milligan of Bassett and Becky Barnett of Dry Pond; three sons, Alan Milligan of Ohio, Charles Richard Milligan of Prince George County and John Milligan of Stuart; 23 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, Francis Milligan of Barnesville, Ohio; and two sisters, Barbara Lieb and Kay Boyd, both of Celina, Ohio.
Funeral services for Mr. Milligan will be held Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Jim Dunn officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
