Mr. Curtis Lee Martin

1. Mr. Curtis Lee Martin, age 52 of Stuart, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was born in Henry County on May 24, 1964, and was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Randolph Thomas, and his step-father, Ralph Williams. He loved fishing, hunting and watching NASCAR racing.

Mr. Martin is survived by a daughter, Cassandra Dawn Martin of Woolwine; two grandchildren, Haley Martin and Austin Rorrer; three step-children, Angela Keith of Ararat, Joey Hutchens of Stuart and Barbara Lee of Virginia Beach; his mother, Nancy Martin Strothers of Stuart; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carlis and Sharon Martin of Stuart, John and Robin Cheryl Rorrer of Stuart; three nieces, Brittney Quesinberry, Brittany Bowers and Cordelia Martin; and a great-niece, Mackinzie Quesinberry.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. at the Hanby Family Cemetery with Pastor Terry Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
