Mr. Edward Gray Beck

Mr. Edward Gray Beck age 48 of 384 Charles Beck Lane, Ararat, NC husband of Mrs. Gail Tate Beck passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. He was born July 10, 1966 in Forsyth County to the late Charles Edward and Barbara Meredith Beck. He was the owner and operator of Gray Beck Septic Tank and Grading - Logging. In addition to his wife, Gail, Mr. Beck is survived by three daughters, Brandi Beck, Laken Beck and fiance, Adam Hutchens, Trenika East and husband, Scott; seven grandchildren, "Papa's Angels", Eli, Haley, Brittany, Alexis, Adison, Alanah and Evan; a sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Joel Atkins; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Angie Beck; two grandmothers, Mozelle Harrell and Maude Meredith; two nieces, Alison Snow and husband Bradley Snow, Amber Bowman; a nephew and wife, Donald Beck, Jr. and Kelly; great niece, Kyra and great nephews, Jonah and Jordon and his father-in-law, James Tate. In addition to his parents, Mr. Beck was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Edna Tate. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 17, 2014 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC conducted by Rev. Robbie Sizemore, Rev. Jarred Seal, Rev. Gary Sawyers and Rev. Ricky Martin. Burial will follow in the Beck Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 until 8:00PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
