Mr. Henry "Otis" Smith

Mr. Henry “Otis” Smith, 88, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born in Patrick County on June 17, 1928 to the late, Henry Zack and Rilla Corn Smith. Mr. Smith was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nannie Eldean Brown Smith of the home; a daughter, Brenda Faye Smith of Greensboro. In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a sister.
