Mr. Horace William Penn

Mr. Horace William Penn, age 80 of Stuart passed away Saturday at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. He was born in Floyd, VA on Feb. 22, 1934 to the late John and Beatrice Akers Penn. Mr. Penn was a self employed contractor and had served in the US Army during the Korean War.
Surviving are two sons, Ricky Penn of Stuart, Billy Penn of Collinsville; three grandchildren, Brad, Shuana, Adrian Penn; six great grandchildren; and seven sisters, Pauline Ingram of Floyd, Margie Ingram of Tennessee, Rose E. Finney of Leesburg, VA, Dorothy Turner of Floyd, Mildred Majors of Roanoke, Lois Lemons of Floyd, and Daisy Penn of Floyd.
