Mr. Ivon Grey Thomas

Mr. Ivon Grey Thomas, age 66 of Stuart, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at his home. He was born in Carroll County on July 23, 1949 to the late Robie C. and Lucy Bowman Thomas. In addition to his parents, Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Thomas.

Mr. Thomas is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Nathaniel Jackson and Vicki Thomas of Wirtz; a grandson, Jeremy Thomas; two sisters, Priscilla Lawson and Faye Tucker, both of Stuart; several nieces and nephews; and an aunt, Nancy Mabry of Collinsville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. Burial will follow in the Laurel Fork Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
