Mr. Jerry Dee Snow

Mr. Jerry Dee Snow, age 61 of Dobson passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in Surry County on March 25, 1954 to Ruth King Snow and the late Wade Dee Snow. Mr. Snow was an outstanding carpenter who was formerly employed by Sexton Construction. Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Ruth King Snow; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Cathy Snow and Lisa and Sam Davis, all of Dobson; three nieces, Jennifer Woodring, Melissa Jessup and Caleigh Davis; one nephew Michael Davis, and a very special canine companion, "Little Girl". A funeral service for his family and invited guest will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Fairview Church of Christ where they will gather from 10 AM until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the Surry County Animal Shelter, 172 County Home Road Dobson, NC 27017. Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Snow family.
