Mr. John Henry Robert Terry

Mr. John Henry Robert Terry, 56 of Claudville, VA passed away at Forsyth Medical Center Wednesday, March 28, 2012. He was born in Carroll County, VA on January 23, 1956 to the late Henry Terry and Thelma Quesenberry Terry White. Mr. Terry worked for various furniture manufacturers in High Point ending his career with Henredon in Mt. Airy before having to retire due to his health. Mr. Terry is survived by a daughter, Jeanette Terry of Dobson; son Jonathan Terry and fiancée, Becca Christian of Stuart; four grandchildren, Schyler, Kaitlyn, Samantha and Ashley Turner; two sisters, Rebecca Cain and Evelyn Wright both of Tobaccoville; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Ronnie and Carol Terry of Stuart, Donnie Terry of Pilot Mountain and Harvey Terry of Stuart. In addition to his parents, Mr. Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Culler Terry. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 3:00 until 4:00 PM. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. The family would like to express their appreciation to Forsyth Medical Center for the wonderful care Mr. Terry received during his stay. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made to Brenner Children's Hospital, Development Office, PO Box 571021, Winston Salem, NC 27157-1021.
