Mr. Johnny Lyn "JJ" Hardy, Jr.

Mr. Johnny Lyn “JJ” Hardy Jr. age 32, of Dobson, NC passed away on Saturday evening March 9, 2019, at the Wake Forest University Medical Center.  He was born in Forsyth County on March 2, 1987, to Jonny Lyn Hardy Sr. and to Shirley Ashburn Hardy.  Surviving is his daughters, Charity Beth Hardy, and Madi Ann Hardy; his parents, brother Timothy and wife Erica Hardy; grandmother, Bonnie Ashburn; niece Ellie Hardy; nephew, Eilan Hardy; Mr. Hardy was preceded in death by his grandparents Wayne and Nellie Hardy, Jimmy Ashburn. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 12, 2019, in the chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, NC.  Burial will follow in the Hardy Family Cemetery on Racing Hollow Ln. Dobson, NC 27017; Rev. Ronnie Miller will officiate the services.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday at Moody-Davis Funeral Home from 12:30 PM until the time of his service at 2:00 PM.  The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to the JJ Hardy funeral fund, C/O of his mother 123 Racing Hollow Ln. Dobson, NC 27017.
