Mr. Junior Lee Hutcherson

Mr. Junior Lee Hutcherson, age 68 of Floyd, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Skyline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Floyd. He was born in Patrick County on September 1, 1943 to the late John W. and Ida Kate Dillon Hutcherson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hutcherson was preceded in death by a brother, William Hutcherson. He attended the Church of God, and had worked for Goodyear as a mechanic.
Mr. Hutcherson is survived by two sons, Dwayne Hutcherson of Fieldale and Tony Hutcherson of Christiansburg; two daughters, Angela Beth Arnold of Martinsville and Stacy Friesland of Asheville, North Carolina; one grandchild, Eva Friesland; and three sisters and a brother-in-law, Madeline Walker of Bassett, Mary Kendrick of Martinsville, Margaret and James Foley of Patrick Springs.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Critz Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Benton Quesenberry and Pastor Mark Wright officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart, and at other times at the home of his sister, Margaret Foley.
