Mr. Luther Carl Hutson

Mr. Luther Carl Hutson, age 58, of Mt. Airy, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at his home. Mr. Hutson was born in Surry County on December 12, 1953, to James Vance and Lorine Hicks Hutson. He was retried from United Plastics. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Brian Hodges of Lowgap; his wife, Lena Hutson of Lowgap, and a brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Sandy Hutson of Winston-Salem. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hutson was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Collins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Randy Money. Burial will follow in The Peoples Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
