Mr. Mark Todd McGhee

Mr. Mark Todd McGhee, 54, of Pilot Mountain, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Central Continuing Care in Mount Airy. Mr. McGhee was born in Forsyth County on July 13, 1963 to the late Chester Owen McGhee and Peggy Coe McGhee. Mr. McGhee retired from Cross Creek Apparel after many years of dedicated service. Left to cherish his memory is three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary Katherine McGhee of the home, Patty Simmons and Ted of Pilot Mountain, and Kim King and Wesley of Kernersville; several nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Tony and Crystal Atkins. In addition to his parents, Mr. McGhee was preceded in death by his brother, Mike McCraw; and grandmother, Beatrice Coe Mossor. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the staff at Central Continuing Care, Mountain Valley Hospice, and his sister, Mary for all of the care and love given to Mark during his illness. There are no formal services planned for Mr. McGhee. Moody Funeral Service, Inc. of Mount Airy is serving the McGhee family.
