Mr. Marshall Taylor Overby

Mr. Marshall Taylor Overby, age 66 of Claudville, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. He was born in Patrick County on September 24, 1947 to the late Harry Overby and Mabel Lawson Overby. In addition to his parents, Mr. Marshall was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Cox Overby. He was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church in Claudville, a member of the Stuart Masonic Lodge #263, and a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 66 of Martinsville.
Mr. Overby is survived by his son, Scott W. Overby of Claudville; two grandchildren, Kailee Overby and Caden Overby; a brother, Benny Baliles and wife, Patsy of Stuart; a niece; Sandy Haynes and husband, Kenny; a nephew, Benji Baliles; his mother-in-law, Ethel Cox of Claudville; and special friends, Stan and Linda Goad of Claudville.
