Mr. Neal Jackson Wilson

Mr. Neal Jackson Wilson, age 70 of Stuart, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at his home. He was born in Henry County on December 9, 1943 to the late Henry Dwight and Louvenia Moxley Wilson. He had retired from DuPont in Martinsville with 33 years of service as an operator and controller, and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife of 49 years, Opal Fain Wilson of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law, Sandra Wilson of the home, Angie and Mike Largen of Stuart; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Michelle Wilson of Clemmons, North Carolina; five granddaughters, Hannah Nichole Largen, Elizabeth Grace Wilson, Cassidy Paige Largen, Kari Paige Wilson and Lauren Mackenzie Largen; and one brother and sister-in-law, Dwight and Brenda Wilson of Axton.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Wayne Moore and Speaker Mike Largen officiating. Burial will follow in the Fain Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and at other times at the home.
