Mr. Robert Shane Stevens

Mr. Robert Shane Stevens age 39 of 410 Wandering Walk Trail, Lowgap, NC passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born May 27, 1975 in Surry County, NC to Janice Marlene Edwards Stevens and the late Robert Stanley Stevens. He was employed by the North Carolina Granite Corporation. Surviving are his mother, Janice M. Stevens of Mt. Airy, a sister, Janet Lynn Stevens Hauser of Lowgap, grandmother, Bertha Alice Stevens of Mt. Airy, a niece, Shaylee Tilley of Lowgap, and nephews, Bucky Tilley and R.J. Martin both of Lowgap. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be conducted by Rev. Arlis Thomas. The family will receive friends 12:30 pm Saturday until time of the service at Moody Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Moody Funeral Home, PO Box 1288, Mt. Airy, NC 27030 to help with Mr. Steven's funeral expense.
