Mr. Roby Gray Bedsaul, Jr

Mr. Roby Gray Bedsaul, Jr., age 32 of Ararat, NC passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 unexpectedly. Mr. Bedsaul was born on June 12, 1983 in Surry County to Roby Gray Bedsaul, Sr., and Peggy Collins Bedsaul. Mr. Bedsaul was a carpenter and farmer by trade. In addition to his mother, Mr. Bedsaul is survived by a sister and her fiancé, Heather Ann Bedsaul and Nicholas Dutton; a niece Natalie Jayde Fletcher; a nephew, Lindon Gray Dutton; grandmother, Betty Ann Collins; uncle, Charles Bedsaul; aunts, Betty Louise Jones, Tammy Card, and Nancy Harold; a special aunt and uncle, Juanita “Miss Nita” Bedsaul and Dixie “Pa” Bedsaul, Jr.; and several special cousins. In addition to his father, Mr. Bedsaul was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thelma Lousie Bedsaul and Dixie Bedsaul, Sr., and his grandfather, Clarence Lindon “Ted” Collins, and a special aunt Tina Collins. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ewell Vernon, Rev. Jarred Seal, and Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Bear Trail Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 6-8 PM . Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Moody Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
