Mr. Ronald Alexander Berze

Mr. Ronald Alexander Berze age 73 of 146 Nevada Ave., Mt. Airy, NC passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at his home. Mr. Berze was born January 18, 1939 in Jefferson County, Ohio to the late Jasper Berze and Mary Blraskovoich Berze. He was retired from L.S. Starrett. Surviving are his companion of 4 years. Ruth Whitaker of the home, two sons and a daughter-in-law,Mark Berze , Mt. Airy, Timmy and Darlene Johnson, Mt. Airy, grandson, Brandon Benze, Galax, VA, step grandson, Jesse Johnson,, Mt. Airy and a great grandchild, Cabree Smith, Mt. Airy. In addition to parents, Mr. Berze was preceded in death by his wife, June Hess Berze, a son, Tony Johnson and a a half brother, Leon Berze. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, June 22, 2012 at Moody FUenral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Tommy Floyd. Burial will follow in the Coal Creek Cemetery in Galax, VA. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday at Moody Funeral Home.
