Mr. Stephen Blackburn, 58, husband of Lynette McFarland Blackburn of Lambsburg, VA, passed away Saturday morning, May 9, 2015, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Blackburn was born August 14, 1956, in Galax, VA, to Mary Ruth Spencer Blackburn and the late Roy Lee Blackburn. No formal services will be held at the funeral home. Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
