Mr. Stuart Ramey Estes

Mr. Stuart Ramey Estes, age 31, of Lowgap, passed away Friday, November 3, 2017, at his home. Mr. Estes was born in Surry County on January 17, 1986. Stuart was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend who will be dearly missed. Among the many who will always cherish his memory is his wife, Tina Lowe Estes; a son, Levi York; a step son, Jordyn Ward; his mother, Donna Ramey Estes; a sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Patrick Stevens; nieces, Kendra and Lizzy Stevens, a nephew; Jace Stevens; and half-brothers, Chuck Estes and Dan Estes. Mr. Estes was preceded in death by his father, Wallace “Monk” Estes. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 6, 2017 at Mountain View Baptist Church by Rev. Ewell Vernon and Rev. Clyde Stewart. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Monday one hour prior to the service.
