Mr. Timothy Delmer Corder

Mr. Timothy Delmer Corder, 54, of 182 Boaz Lane, Mount Airy, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He was born March 20, 1960, in Forsyth County, to Lena Cassell Corder Tuttle and the late Delmar Wesley Corder. He was retired from Interstate Signs. Surviving are his wife, April Haynes Corder of the home; a daughter, Tabatha Corder and her husband, Eric Steele, of Mount Airy; two sons, Timothy “T.J." Corder and his wife, Christina Corder, of the home and Joshua Wesley Corder and his wife, Nina Bianca, of Mooresville; seven grandchildren, Gavin Larino Corder, Parker Ruin Corder, Noah Payton Corder, Michael Alexander Wright, Taylor Caudle, Dakota Caudle, and Aspen Caudle; an expectant grandchild due July 22; two stepgrandchildren, Cheyanne Boyd and Stormy Boyd; his mother, Lena Cassell Corder Tuttle of Mount Airy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sylvia Miller and Tommy of Ahoski and Cindy Chappell and Toby of Cana, VA; “special uncle and his wife," Dallas and Joyce Corder of Dobson; and “special friends," Dale Stewart, Mary Stewart, Tommy and Karen Wright, and Kenneth Marion, all of Mount Airy. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 9, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy. The service will be conducted by Mr. Joshua Wesley Corder. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
