Mr. William Rodney Hazelwood

Mr. William Rodney Hazelwood, age 58, of Siloam, NC, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice home in Dobson, NC. He was born in Forsyth County, to the late William Edward Hazelwood and to Shirley Goad Atkins. He was a disabled Dry Wall hanger, and was a member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Edward Hazelwood. Surviving are his wife, Deborah Ayers Hazelwood of the home: two daughters, Carrie Hazelwood and Emily Hazelwood both of the home; a step-daughter, Ashley Ayers; sister, Stephanie Ables. A graveside service will be held, 2:00 PM, Thursday March 15, 2018 in the cemetery of Old Siloam Church, Rev. Nolan Bentley will officiate the service. There will be no services held at the funeral home, Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Hazelwood family.
